Shipping Information-

All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped same-day if received by 4:00pm EST.

All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.

Every order is shipped with a tracking number so you can trace the package up until the time of delivery. You will receive the tracking number for your package once your order is processed and shipped.

All orders that contain spray paint are shipped via FedEx Ground service.

All other orders not including spray paint are shipped via United States Postal Service.

For shipping options there are two choices- Non-Spraypain Orders and Spraypaint Orders. Non-Spraypaint orders cost a flat rate of $5.00 to ship anywhere in the USA. Spraypaint orders cost a flat rate of $9.00 to ship anywhere in the USA. Please make sure to choose the correct shipping option when checking out.

For international orders we use USPS Priority International Shipping.

We do not ship spray paint outside of the 48 contiguous states.

We are not responsible for any leakage or damage while the package is in transit. We pack every item as securely as possible in brand new, un-used condition. We are not responsible if the Post Office or mailman handles the package carelessly. [see Shipping Insurance below]

We are not responsible for the late arrival of your order. We will not re-ship the order until 30 days has passed from the original shipping date in order to be positive the order has been lost.

We are not responsible for any orders shipped to you while on vacation. E.G.-you go to New York for a week and place an order that you want delivered to the hotel you are staying at. We will ship the order but-regardless if you get shipping insurance or not-we are in no way responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. If you check out and the package arrives afterwards we are not responsible.

We are not responsible for your package if you entered the wrong shipping address during checkout. You are given the chance to check and change the shipping address (if needed) before you finalize the order and pay for it. This also includes apartment numbers so please be sure of the address you enter during checkout.

We will not ship any order until payment is finalized and completed. If you pay by e-check it usually takes 5-7 days to clear. We will not ship the package until we get confirmation that the payment has cleared.

International Orders and Shipping-

All orders placed for delivery outside of the USA must choose from the options available from the US Post Office. The Options are International Priority Shipping and International Priority Flat Rate Shipping. We DO NOT offer regular flat rate shipping to International customers.

Any order placed from outside the USA that does not choose the correct shipping option will be canceled. We will attempt to contact the customer one time but if we get no reply we simply cancel the order.

We completely understand that International shipping can be quite expensive and we offer to find the absolute cheapest, safest shipping for our customers. We have found in the past it is easier and cheaper to simply e-mail your order to us instead of checking out through the website. Just send your order and complete shipping address to us at illadelstylez@yahoo.com and we will total up the cheapest shipping available with your order then send you a money request through Paypal.

Most of our repeat customers living outside the USA order this way because it is easier for them and they usually save a little on shipping than they would otherwise.

Shipping Insurance-

You are given the option of purchasing shipping insurance during checkout. This option is available for all of our customers, both domestic and International, and is available on orders that receive free shipping. Shipping insurance guarantees that you will receive your order if it should get lost while on the way to being delivered, damaged or opened while in transit or just plain stolen. Shipping insurance is pretty cheap and well worth it. If you do not purchase shipping insurance for your order and the order gets lost or damaged WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING THE ITEMS IN ANY WAY. PERIOD.

If you should receive a damaged package or a package with items missing it is very important that you take pictures of the damaged package and items inside. That is needed to forward to the shipping courier to prove that items were damaged or missing. With no proof we can not file a claim and with no claim the customer can not be reimbursed.

When we do file a claim on our customer's behalf we will wait for the courier to reimburse us for the damaged or missing items before we re-ship anything. This could take up to 30 days but is usually settled once we send sufficient proof that the items were damaged or missing. By purchasing shipping insurance you agree to these terms completely.

Free Shipping-

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all USA orders totaling $100.00 or more. The reason we can only offer free shipping for USA customers is because it is very expensive to ship larger orders outside of the USA.

Shipping & Delivery Times-

Most packages shipped First Class or Parcel Post arrive withing 3-5 days depending on what part of the country you live in and what day your order was shipped out. Packages shipped Priority usually arrive within 1-3 days. These times are not guaranteed.

For international orders it usually takes between 7-14 days to receive your order. That is the shipping time....depending on what country you live in customs can hold the package for a few days once it arrives.

Spray paint orders that are shipped FedEx Ground service can take anywhere from 1-3 days for the East Coast and some Mid-West states and up to 5 days to reach California, Oregon and Washington.

If there is a holiday and the courier services are busy or closed you should expect your package to arrive a day or two later.

Returns and Refunds-

If for some reason we accidentally send the wrong item(s) we will replace them as long as the original items are sent back in the same new, un-used condition they left in. If the have been used we will not send brand new item(s), but simply return the original used item(s).

For spray paint only-if you place an order and we are out of that color but have a close replacement we will send that instead unless otherwise noted during checkout.

For all other items-if you order a specific size or color and we are sold out we will make an attemp to contact you vefore we ship your order to see if you would like to choose a replacement. We will wait 24 hours to hear from you. If we get no response we will refund the amount of that item and ship the rest of the order.

It is important that all customers use a real e-mail address when creating an account so we can contact you if we need to.

We will not accept the return of any opened or used item regardless if it was our mistake or not. If you use it you keep it. Period.

We will not accept the return of any magazines or DVD's.

If a return is accepted the customer is responsible for shipping back to us.

We will not return/exchange any item simply because you do not like the color or thought it was something else.

We will not return/exchange any item the customer uses (or misuses) that results in the item being completely destroyed...E.G.-if you try to write on brick walls with a squeeze mop and the nib rips we are not responsible.

IlladelStylez is in no way, shape or form responsible for any injuries to anyone as a result of the use or misuse of any product or item sold on this website. What the customer does once the product is in their possesion is their responsibility, not ours. We strongly suggest that all products sold on this website be used for their intended purpose. IlladelStylez is not responsible for any damage to public, private or commercial property commited by any person or persons using any products sold on this website. We do not suggest or encourage anyone to vandalize any property whatsoever. All products sold on this website are for artistic expression and should be used only in that manner. We strongly recommend that no-one attempt to add any chemical or additive to any product sold on this website-specifically items with the Illadel logo or branding-since you do not know the outcome of that action. It is extremely dangerous to mix chemicals if you are not sure what you are doing. Be safe and use your head.
