At Illadel Graff Supply we are dedicated to bringing our customers the very best products available, whether it be our own Illadel-branded supplies or products from other manufacturers.

ALL of our Illadel-brand supplies are made by hand "in-house" except for the empty bottles and mops. ALL of our inks and paint are hand-mixed in small batches to guarantee consistency in color and quality and to keep our customers satisfied with our products.

We also fill all the mops, markers and refill bottles by hand to make sure we get as much ink or paint into each mop or refill as possible, unlike many other companies who fill their bottles and mops 2/3 of the way full and their markers 1/3 full.

NONE of our Illadel products are contracted out to large factories in China or Korea, who manufacture and sell the same low quality product to a slew of other "graffiti companies" who stick a pretty label on it and mark the price up insanely high. We purchase only the finest materials to manufacture our products and we NEVER cut corners or use cheap pigments or solvents to make an extra buck or two.

It is NOT all about the money with us...it's all about the CUSTOMER, because without the customer there is no Illadel.

If making a smaller profit than other shops in order to get our products out there or keep our customers coming back than so be it...courtesy and service is what it's all about, not raping wallets and ripping off people.
